Update from CDN77: A fix has been put in place and the service is back to normal.

Our upstream CDN77 reported that they had an unexpected issue during a planned the EOS upgrade of routers is causing the connectivity outage.

They are working on the solution with local data centre support and except to have the connectivity up after 9 a.m. local time.
