Investigating
We're aware that our backbone link between Berlin and Moscow is currently unstable, which is affecting connectivity to China from our Berlin data centers. Traffic has been rerouted to alternative carriers, resulting in higher latency and reduced throughput.
We have opened a trouble ticket with RETN, but we do not yet have an ETA. We'll provide updates as soon as there is progress.
