All instance metadata has been corrected based on the available data and logs.
We will soon be issuing SLA compensation for the affected instances. Additionally, due to the delay in invoice processing, all instances will remain active until August 7th, regardless of payment status.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Identified
We are continuing work to recover metadata, which is causing a delay in issuing invoices this month due to missing data. However, there should be no further impact on your running servers, and your instance will not be suspended as a result of this delay.
We’ve also taken additional steps to ensure our database backup and failover systems are functioning properly and are under continuous monitoring. SLA compensation will be issued once all missing data has been fully recovered.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

All cloud servers should now be reachable. We are still working on recovering related billing information, and appreciate your continued patience.
If your VM is still unreachable, please open a support ticket or contact us via email.
Thank you for your understanding.
Identified
We are currently restoring metadata from our application logs, and this process may take some time and some servers may be offline for a while.
Please rest assured that your server data is not affected.
We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as progress is made.
