We’d like to inform you that we have received confirmation from the data centre that the utility power has been fully restored at our Madrid location. All systems are now running on utility power instead of backup generators.

Investigating

The datacenter has lost connection to the grid at 9:30 CEST (3rd of October).

At this time, there is no service impact, as all equipment is running on backup generators. Please note, however, that operating under these conditions increases the overall risk of disruption.
