We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance affecting our services at the MOW1 PoP.
Date: Tuesday, 17 February 2026
Maintenance Window: 12:00 – 18:00 (Moscow Local Time)
Expected Impact: Up to 60 minutes of temporary performance degradation
This maintenance includes updates to our network infrastructure to optimize Internet performance and improve overall reliability. During the maintenance window, traffic originating from Europe towards China may be temporarily rerouted via alternate paths, and higher latency is expected.
We do not anticipate any connectivity outages during this period. However, you may experience brief slowdowns, potentially in up to two intervals of approximately 10 minutes each.
All services will remain operational and will return to normal automatically once the maintenance is complete. If you experience any issues beyond the expected impact, please contact our Support team via ticket or email.
