IPv4 connectivity has been restored following the resolution of the upstream BGP filtering issue in our Secaucus, NJ (EWR2) facility.
IPv6 connectivity is still affected, as our upstream provider continues to work on resolving the remaining route filtering issue. Customers relying on IPv6 may continue to experience connectivity disruption in the meantime.
We'll post another update once IPv6 service is confirmed fully restored.

The hypervisor and networking migration in our Secaucus, NJ (EWR2) facility has completed successfully.
However, we're currently seeing connectivity issues related to BGP route filtering on our upstream provider's network. We're in contact with them and are waiting on a fix on their end. Some customers may continue to experience connectivity impact until this is resolved.
We'll provide another update as soon as we have more information from our upstream provider, or once service is confirmed fully stable.
