Our upstream providers have identified submarine cable cuts that are currently affecting Internet connectivity in Nigeria. This issue is causing packet loss and high network latency for customers in the Lagos data center.

An exact ETR is not available at this time due to the complexity of the incident, and we are actively communicating with our upstream providers to expedite the resolution process.
