Internal SNMP agent has been disabled and system load returns to normal now. We'll continue to monitor our network equipment.

Update
We've identified that our core router in Ashburn is carrying too many routes than excepted. Backbone links have been disabled and we're now adding more strict restrictions to peering sessions in Ashburn.
