Some services have been restored.
One of the line cards has been restored by moving it to another chassis slot. At the moment two other cards are being restored, which failed to boot earlier. Engineers are trying to restore them in the same way. ETR is 19:30 UTC+3.

Investigating
Our EPL provider RETN is currently experiencing an outage in the Moscow M9 datacenter, and the backbone link between our Berlin and Moscow datacenters is currently down, customers may experience higher than expected latency to China. We'll update as soon as we get more information from our provider.
