In order to provide you with the best service possible, we'll be moving some of our hypervisors to a new rack with better power and network redundancy. This will require a short maintenance window to move the servers to the new rack, and we will perform this maintenance in three separate windows to minimize the impact on our customers. No downtime is expected during this maintenance, but there may be a brief period of packet loss as the servers are moved to the new rack. Due to the nature of the maintenance, there is a small chance that the PSUs will not work as expected and the server will be down for an extended period of time. We will do our best to minimize the impact on our customers.
