We will be moving our London services to Centersquare LHR2 to address long-standing cooling issues at the current datacenter. This maintenance will result in a service interruption for all servers in this datacenter.

Live migration is not possible due to the aging architecture of the current datacenter. This means that your server will need to be restarted, which will make your cloud server temporarily unavailable for approximately 20 minutes. Rest assured that all your data and IP will remain intact. We have carefully planned this migration to ensure that there will be no data loss.
