Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about upcoming scheduled maintenance at our Los Angeles data center. During this maintenance, we will replace our current routers to improve network reliability and ensure smooth service operations.

Maintenance Impact:

- LAX2 customers may experience brief connectivity interruptions of up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window
- Backbone connections between LAX2 and LAX7 will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours. During this period, LAX7 will operate single-homed via an onsite carrier
- Latency towards China may be increased during the maintenance
