We have identified that one of our IP transit providers is currently experiencing capacity constraints due to ongoing DDoS attacks targeting other customers. As a result, we are rerouting traffic to alternative carriers.

During this period, latency may be temporarily higher than usual.

We are currently experiencing heavy DDoS attacks affecting our Kansas location. Ingress traffic is now being rerouted to our nearest POPs with enough capacity to handle the attack traffic. We are actively working on mitigation strategies to restore normal service.

We identified an issue with our MQ deployment following a recent upgrade. As a result, some customers may have noticed that VM expiry dates were not updated or created after invoice payment.
